Personal Statement
I am a 6’6'', 210 lbs, 17 year old high school senior. Baseball is my passion. An American, I was born and raised in Hong Kong and I grew up loving baseball. I attend an American based, international school (HKIS). As a youth, I played little league baseball, representing Hong Kong 4 times as an All Star in the Asia Pacific Regional, World Series Tournaments. I've played all four years of high school. With a batting average of over .500, I had an excellent season my senior year (fall season in Hong Kong). Captain of my team, I won the MVP for hitting as well as All Asia Pacific All Star selection. I hit well, pitched and played 1B, 3B and outfield. I would like to play baseball in college and hopefully beyond. I have two sisters, both Div. I varsity athletes. Over the course of my many seasons, I've been the player consistently on base and with my speed, I've created many scoring opportunities. Now as I gain muscle and strength along with height, I am driving the ball deeper than I have done in the past.
