Nathan Owens '25 Recruiting Profile

I started rowing over a year and a half ago I started training on an elite programme at the top university in my country training over 6 days a week with double sessions frequent training ergs water and S&C frequently this tough and frequent schedule allowed me to keep up with people with more experience than me so much so that I made it onto three Rowing Ireland trials in my first year of rowing. I'm currently aiming for the Rowing Ireland home international squad hopefully competing in a 4-/+/x. I'm a confident sweeper and sculler knowing both frequenting in a single scull and not a stranger to a 8+.
