Owen Propp '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been rowing all throughout high school and I have loved it the entire time. Within the past 2 years however, I decided I wanted to row in college as well, and I started to take my training more seriously. Rowing is by far my favorite sport and I am very dedicated. Outside of practice rowing has made me more confident in myself. I feel better physically and I learned perseverance. Not just physical perseverance when rowing hard, but mental toughness that has translated to the rest of my life. Rowing has taught me important leadership skills for on and off of the water. I have also made many great friends on the team. Overall rowing has had major positive impacts on my life, and I look forward to wherever rowing leads me.
