- Ran 2 miles pm before bed with weighted vest 15-65 lbs, sometimes also with 25 N "drag" parachute; 4x week did Fartlek (Speed Play) Intervals, 40 yards x 4 (60 second bk between sets) 60 yds x 2 100 ydsx2 220 yds x 2, 440 yds under 1 minute OR 3 more 30 sec bk between sets, 1 880 1 mile then 2 miles with drag parachute and 45 lbs vest , Every alt week Timed 10 miles and Mile and 440 yards
