I want to become a great leader, possibly somewhat a role-model for others. By attending your college, I want to further my community-building skills, as well as furthering my education as an IB scholar. Through playing soccer, I have been able to build my confidence and teamwork capability with each and every passing game. I differ from other players because I work hard for the things that other people might take for granted. I am persevering through every obstacle that has come in my path, and I have shown to be very resilient. Among the people of my current school, and hopefully your college, I want to be known as a hard-working student athlete that is friendly to all that encounter him. I believe that wherever I go, I can surely make the world a better place, even if it's just giving someone a smile.
