My atypical high school experience has prepared me to play at a high level at an academically challenging institution. Living away from home since my freshman year was challenging, especially while continuing to maintain high academic and athletic standards for myself as I have always done. Despite the constant change of scenery, in each environment, I improved both as an athlete on the field, as a student in the classroom, and as a confident and independent person. Academically, my work ethic and determination is clear as I have achieved straight As in honors courses over the last two years. On the field, my strengths include decision-making, passing ability, and composure on the ball. I’m excited to bring these traits to my next team and school, where I will continue on this upward athletic, academic, and personal development trajectory.
