Bernardo Rebeil '17 Recruiting Profile

I have been a passionate soccer player since the age of four. From a young age I've stood out from the rest of the team in terms of leadership and skill. My dream has always been to attend a college where I can pursue my love for soccer as well as a well-rounded education. I've maintained a high GPA while participating in an elite level of sports with my high work ethic and consistent perseverance. I try to stay humble with my achievements and always seek to encourage my teammates and classmates to strive to do their best by setting an example through my actions and decisions. 

On the field, I have excellent ball control and I am very agile on the field. I have persistently high stamina and try my best to maintain a high work rate throughout the game until the final whistle. In practice I am very coachable and try to remain open minded to any suggestions my coaches or teammates might have. I always strive to be the hardest working player. On my off time I regularly practice conditioning exercises to maintain and improve my strength.

Ever since I can remember I've always sought to attend a prestigiously academic college but now that I am more mature I wish to incorporate elite athletic involvement into my collegiate recruiting process as well. Pride is very important to me and I wish to make my parents very proud by excelling academically and athletically to show my appreciation for all that they have done for me.
