My name is Parker Morrison-Price and I will graduate from high school in June 2022. Soccer is my passion. I have played soccer since I was five years old when I started in AYSO. I started playing club soccer when I turned eight, and have worked hard to play for some of the best teams in Southern California. I currently play goalkeeper for CDA Slammer ECRL after my last team, the Fullerton Rangers White B03, aged out. I had been playing up a year for better competition, experience and to be become a better play. I have also taken private goalkeeper lessons for several years.
As a goalkeeper, my job is to organize the defense and to lead the attack from the back. I have a great awareness of ball placement and am tactically a move ahead and looking for options before receiving the ball. I have also been told that I have very good "feet," distribution and reflexes. I would make an excellent addition to any soccer team because I am serious about soccer and am always trying to be a better player. I am also courteous, friendly, and outgoing.
At this time, I have not chosen a major for college because I am torn between science and the practice of law. I come from a family of lawyers and have seen how the law can help people. Law is in my blood. But, on the other hand, I also love science and have been in the marine biology program at my high school for the past four years. I also see how science can better people's lives.
