My Name is Jacob Rocha, I am 18 years old and a Senior at Morro Bay High School. I play club soccer year-round for Central Coast Soccer Club B03 in San Luis Obispo, Ca. I have played soccer since I was five years old. I love the sport so much, I train during the week and ref on the weekend. I run cross-country and track in the high school soccer off-season at the Varsity level. I always give 100% and strive to do my best. My strengths include: strong soccer fundamentals, knowledge of the game, and conditioning. I am a strong team member getting along well with my teammates. Many of my coaches tell me I am coachable. I have experience playing in every position on the field but have spent most of my time zone defense and on the wing.
Soccer is my main focus but I am more than just an athlete. I am dedicated, committed, disciplined and have excellent time management skills. I manage these extracurricular activities while maintaining straight A’s in all my classes. One of which is an AP and two of which are Honors. Next year I will also be ASB Vice President at Morro Bay High.
My goal is to go to college, and attain the education needed to have a career in engineering.
