My name is Dylan Pagel, and my collegiate goal is to be recruited to a high-level program that can challenge me athletically and academically. I have always been involved with sports; baseball, basketball, swimming and soccer were a big part of my childhood. Though I eventually found myself focused on soccer full time when not in school. My goal is to attend a 4 year college with a competitive soccer program in which I can participate and add to the team. I am highly competitive which has allowed me to achieve success both on and off the field. I am dedicated to my team and the importance of being a team player at all times. The game in my mind isn't over until the final whistle, if my teammate's heads go down because of a mistake I will always encourage them to keep going.
I want to perform at the highest level, and my work ethic to improve each day is going to make me a great player, and I know I will be able to push my teammates to be better players as well. My communication is effective, quick, and constant, as my understanding of the game helps me effectively communicate with my teammates throughout the game. I'm the type of person that never gives up, my willingness to learn from my mistakes and improve in the classroom and on the field is going to make me a great part of the team.
