I am excited at the prospect of playing soccer at the next level and I am interested is seeing if I am a fit for your program. I would like to go to a college where I can; get a great education, play soccer and strive to be successful in school, sports and life. My first choice of a major for an undergraduate degree is Biomedical Engineering or Biological Sciences.
This past season I played for Coach Johnson Asiedu of the San Diego Football Academy (SDFA). I believe you may also be acquainted with a few of my past coaches; Rene Miramontes (US Soccer, Colorado Rapids & Crusaders Soccer Club), Coach Greg Armbrust (Point Loma Nazarene University & Notts Forest Football Club).
In past seasons our SDFA team had Assistant Coaches from two legendary Football Club's (Real Madrid and Ajax) conduct training exclusively with our team. This training took place 3 times a week over a 6 month period of time. I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to train with some of the best coaches in the country and the world and I work hard to incorporate their instruction and concepts of the game into my play.
I began playing soccer at age 5. I progressed to club soccer at age 8 and I have become passionate about the game. I just finished play in the Premier Division of the Coast League (LA, San Diego & Orange Counties) all games were played at UC Irvine.
The last season I was moved to Outside Back to utilize my speed on the defensive end. With the exception of last season I have primarily played outside midfield and forward. Coaches like my ability to push the play and create opportunities which is my strength. I have very good ball skills, speed and quickness but my biggest attribute is my competitiveness. My coaches have convinced me that hard work and all-out effort any time I am on the pitch (games or practice) will help me advance to the next level.
If I am a fit for you program please contact me to discuss any opportunities. Please feel free to contact any of my past coach's for player and personal references. Thank you for your time Coach and have a great day!
