Soccer is most fun when teams are evenly matched, and the game could go either way. If it’s 3-3 and like 5 mins left - that’s always when the game is spiciest, and I go up a notch to not let my team down. That being said, I think trouncing the opposition is fun once in a while, too. When I was nine, I enrolled in a rec team, but hated it and pleaded with my Mom to not take me to practice. As it turns out, this season sparked the love and passion I have for soccer today. This rec team changed everything and only because of one thing. Winning. Since then, I’ve been practically on the soccer field more than any other place in my life.
