Dear Coaches,
My collegiate goals and aspirations are to be successful both academically and athletically. I am committed to working hard on and off the field to contribute to the success of the team and to pursue a degree in Construction Management to prepare myself for a successful career after college. What sets me apart as a candidate for your team is my dedication, both in terms of character and academics. On the field, I'm known for my strong work ethic, teamwork, and never-give-up attitude. I believe these qualities are just as important as personal skills, and I am always willing to take criticism and put in the extra effort in areas I have to improve.
Off the field, I take my academics seriously, maintaining a solid GPA and balancing my commitments effectively. I actively contribute to my community, I am currently a certified soccer referee and have dedicated my past two summers to being a volunteer coach for youth players I like to coach youth players because I can see how much I can help them improve each season while also teaching them values like respect, perseverance and sportsmanship. I greatly believe in giving back to the community.
What sets me apart is my commitment to becoming a well-rounded student-athlete. I understand that academics come before athletics, and I'm dedicated to balancing both effectively. I'm not just driven to succeed; I'm also eager to learn, always seeking feedback and applying advice from coaches.
Thank you for considering me as a potential addition to your team. I look forward to discussing how I can contribute to your program and help the team reach new heights.
Best,
Bernabe Lopez
