Jordan Awwad '20 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was 4 years old, everything from dribbling the ball and that awesome feeling of scoring a goal has continued to keep my passion in soccer for the past eleven years. I’ve been fortunate to be around inspiring and encouraging coaches, and great teammates.  I’ve learned the difference between being a good leader and a great leader and the value that brings to the team. Over the past six years I have embraced sportsmanship with both my teammate and opposing teams and how this creates good chemistry on and off the pitch.

Moving from Florida to Colorado in 2012 was a big step for me as a player. Having to play with new teammates and a different style of play, I had to adapt quickly to make it onto a club team.

In high school there have been some ups and downs, but I always strive to improve academically and athletically. I am looking for a college that will be a good fit for me academically and continual improvement athletically.

While being handed my JV offensive MVP award, my coach talked about being able to place me anywhere on the field; forward, mid-field and even in defense. I take pride in being able to contribute in many ways to my team and look forward to showing you how I can contribute to your team.
