Kevin McGann '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kevin Mark McGann Jr  and I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana.  I currently attend soccer-oriented boarding school at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida and hope to use my training there in order to bring my game to the next level.  With the resources that I have available to me, I hope to be able to play for a good collegiate program to improve my ability further as I pursue a further education. Recently, I scored a 33 on my ACT test and I hope to use this as a tool to attend an academically prestigious school as my 4.7 GPA would also fit the part. With regard to an interest for a major, I am interested by many different career paths but I am especially interested in the fields of Business and Sports Management.

I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old and playing Club soccer since age 10.  Over the years I have learned to play many different  positions but I prefer to play RM as I feel it best suits me. I consider myself a team player and captained my club team in Shreveport. I think I would be a good recruit for your team because I have a strong work ethic, am a coachable player, and I am a ambitious student who loves soccer and would like to learn as much as I can in and from the beautiful game.
