Currently playing for Florida Kraze Krush at the NPL level for Coach Ben Luker on the 2005 team. In 2020 I switched from Orlando City to Florida Kraze Krush so I could gain more technical and game-specific training. One of my goals has been to increase my Game IQ. I often study game films from Professional Games and Players as well as read books to increase my game IQ. During much of the COVID lockdown, I really got into this while also doing individual training, weight lifting, and running during this time of social distancing.
I am a bit different from others in that I want practices to be challenging and I prefer to do more than just scrimmage. I want to develop my individual skills and learn more positions so I can be better for the team as a whole. I enjoy the scrimmages, but at times I feel like all we are doing is practicing our mistakes and not correcting them and then putting them into practice.
I also play soccer at Lyman High School. I am a Starter on the Varsity Team. In 2021 I joined the Track Team at Lyman High School for additional training. They asked me to join the team to run the Mile. I decided to join and made it to Regionals my first year. I hope to add Javelin and some other running events this next season.
I am also coordinating with FCA to provide additional support for our Athletes beyond the soccer field. I am in the Engineering magnet program at Lyman High School. I strive for my best grades, and I am always looking for ways to improve my game. I volunteer at my Church, and I volunteer at the Orlando Rescue Union Mission homeless shelter near me. I also enjoy photography as a creative outlet. I have all Honors and AP classes. I am being inducted into the National Honors Society in September 2021.
I am a strong leader and uniter on all my teams and in school. I train hard and love playing against opponents larger than me. I take it as a personal challenge to win the ball and pass with the purpose of offensive movement. I push myself in all aspects of my life. I train individually as well as practice with the team.
I can guarantee that no coach will find a more dedicated player to the team and the development of myself and others.
One of my biggest compliments was from Paul Shaw, formerly of Arsenal, and the Technical Director at Orlando City. He coached one of our games and said I was one of the most technical players in the club. I am very appreciative of this compliment from a former Professional player in the Premier League.
