Hello, my name is Diego Prieto and I am 16 years old Right Winger and Center Attacking Midfielder from Melbourne, Florida. I am a current starter for Orlando City MLS II and was a starter at my prior club, Space Coast United for 5 years. I was awarded ECNL Florida All-Conference Second team in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons while also earning Florida Today Athlete of the Week and being named in the Cape Coast Boys All-Conference Team. Also, I was offered an invitation to the Puerto Rican National Team Tryout at Stetson University. I am a 2-year varsity letterman at West Shore Junior/Senior High School earning MVP Freshman Year and the Golden Boot in my Sophomore Year. My High School team placed 1st in our district and Qualified for Regionals 2 years in a row, I scored 10 goals with 2 assists in 6 games. I am a member of the National Honors Society, The Spanish Honors Society, Honor Roll ... I participate in the First Priority Club and Advance Placement (AP) U.S. History Assistance Group. I also participated in the School Orchestra, earning Superior in the Musical Performance Assessment (MPA) 2 years in a row, participated in Solo & Ensemble earning Superior 2 years in a row, and auditioned for All-County in the 2023-2024 School Year.
