Ivan Arenas '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since the age of 3. I have a lot of club level experience which helps me keep my poise in tough games. I have the ability to change a game with my play making ability. My size is my best advantage, I am very quick and agile but also fast. I have great vision of the field which helps me make many passes for my teammates. Also I currently have all A's in the classrooms with a 4.0 GPA. In highschool soccer I have been a starter since 8th grade. 8th grade year had I 18 goals, and 8 assist, and made Miami Herald Third team All-Dade. Freshman season suffered a season ending back injury, and had to sit out of 12 months. Sophomore year came back to score 33 goals, 7 assist in 16 games, and was nominated for the Miami Herald First team All-Dade. This year for my junior season I had 25 goals and 7 assist, and made 1st team all county. My main goal or drive is to make it to professional so that my parents will never have to work ever again.
