Kaya Peterson '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaya Peterson. I am a senior at North Fort Myers High School, located in North Fort Myers, Florida. This is the only High School I will be attending in America. From 2011 to 2023, I lived in Europe and played soccer exclusively for Italian and German clubs, since the age of 5. During the 2021/2022 season, I was a member of the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and was selected as a Europe State Pool Team Player. In the 2022/2023 season, I led my High School team in goals and assists and was chosen as an All-Europe player. By being a versatile player, with explosive speed, superior agility, and high intelligence of the game, I believe I am a great candidate for any team. I strongly believe in the growth mindset, fair play, and tough competition. It is essential to have a team-first mentality because it brings out the best in each of us. My studies are of utmost importance to me. I love and enjoy school, and learning in general. I have consistently received A's and B's, since starting High School and I made the honor roll numerous times. Besides playing soccer for my club, I played volleyball and soccer for Vicenza High School, located in Italy. I also enjoy playing other sports such as basketball and golf for fun.
