Ethan Weller '25 Recruiting Profile

I'm Ethan Weller, a senior at Chamblee High's Magnet program, and play for the KSA u19 team in the MLS NEXT League. Soccer has been my passion since I was four, both on the field and as a spectator. Alongside my love for the game, I hold a deep appreciation for Mathematics and Statistics, aspiring to pursue both passions at a college with a strong academic program while continuing my soccer journey.

Academically, I thrive on challenges and will graduate with a total of 11 APs and 4 Dual Enrollment classes. Since 7th grade, I've been immersed in high school courses including Mathematics and German. Balancing the rigor of a Magnet Academic Program and the demands of soccer at the MLS NEXT level has instilled in me discipline and effective time management skills.

On the field, I bring a unique blend of technical finesse, soccer intelligence, and precise passing. My dedication to honing my skills and understanding of the game has empowered me to make creative plays with accuracy. I adapt seamlessly to various positions, always pushing myself to refine my abilities and contribute positively to my team.

Beyond the sport, soccer has served as a catalyst for personal growth, fostering qualities such as leadership and empathy. I take pride in supporting my teammates, many of whom have overcome significant challenges as refugees. Whether on or off the field, the camaraderie within the soccer team has taught me the importance of teamwork and the power of unity in achieving collective goals.
