The word "team" to me means family. The team that an athlete is on should be their home away from home. With a player like me on your team, I bring stability and structure to the team while trying to take a leadership position to help the team grow and prosper as one. When a team is united to achieve goals, it becomes much easier to achieve those goals now that everyone is on the same page and are all aiming for the same target.
