Jesus Solorio '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a great club and high school player. I love the sport and I devote my everything to it. I have traveled to play in Spain, Italy, and Switzerland against very competitive teams (Roma, Juventus, etc.) I was recently playing at Rush Union Soccer Club (14 goals, 10 assists) as well as the regional and National team for Rush. I formally played ODP as well and have had many run ins with Atlanta United FC. I am also currently playing for a professional soccer team in the UPSL called Atlético Atlanta. We recently played against Atlanta United and won 1-0. As for my high school team, I made varsity since my freshman year but was cut short due to COVID. My second year as a sophomore, I had the second most goal contributions with 8 of them being assists and 4 being goals. I am a very versatile player and can change my style of play according to who I’m playing with which helps a lot when I play with my national team and my pro team as we don’t have many training sessions together. Although, my preferred style of play is possession and I have a very wide range of vision allowing me to play many penetrating passes and through balls in games. I am a very technical midfielder allowing me to get out of tight situations. I am very tactical too and know when to slow or speed up the momentum of a game. In summary, I have and still are achieving many accomplishments but want to aim for much more such as playing college soccer at a top school. It’s a good way of putting my name out there and is an exceptional path to reach the highest level of pro soccer in the US.
