Thanks for taking a look at my profile. I have been a high level competitive soccer player for many years and hope to play at the collegiate level where I can continue my academic career at a great institution. I believe my excellent work ethic and lead by example attitude could be a great benefit to your program.
I hope to study computer science and am interested in going into the cybersecurity field or the game development field. I really enjoy the puzzle-like nature of it and it is something that I have always been interested in.
Some challenges I have been through include being diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger, as well as the one we all went through, COVID-19. Even through these challenges, I have found that hard work and an unbreakable will, can get you through anything. I also learned that everything has an upside. Although COVID did bring a lot of stress and anxiety, I also had much more time to train for soccer. I realized how to turn a negative into a positive and I think that is a very important skill to have especially in this ever-changing world. I have never shied away from a challenge, and I have never quit on something once started.
I am excited to see where the next few years lead me.
Sincerely,
Jack Wolfe
