Johnathan (Jack) Bilyeu '24 Recruiting Profile

Soccer is my passion.  I have dreamed of playing soccer in college and professionally since I was five.   Since the age of 9, I played competitively and traveled the country to participate in the highest level of soccer.  While playing soccer, I have learned that communicating clearly with others is important, making good decisions quickly leads to success, and striving to improve every day to be better.  

On the field, I am a calm leader, explosive on the ball, and I have quick feet and great passing.  I am a team leader and try to set an example for my teammates, on and off the field.  I am coachable and appreciate feedback to help make me a stronger player.  Coaches compliment how I understand the game and can see or anticipate my opponent's options.    

In the classroom, I am focused and work to maintain good grades.  I have over a 4.1 GPA taking honors and AP classes.  I want to attend a college that will challenge me academically and allow me to play at the highest level possible for soccer.   I aspire to become a successful businessman after completing my professional soccer career.
