Since my first game of soccer when I was 3 years old, I've worked hard to become better at something I love. Most of the things I do outside of school and soccer are to make myself better or stronger at soccer. I think of every hard piece of work as a way to make me better for the game, whether that's drills, a workout, a diet change, or grades. In my high school soccer career, I've learned a lot about soccer. Every skill or ability I have has been earned through teaching myself or from learning through my club or high school teams.
My high school team is small, but I believe in a team that works together for a greater goal. My Freshman and Sophomore years of high school soccer were rough. We didn't win very many games, and we kept suffering terrible losses. However, I worked hard over the off-season my sophomore year, and ended up getting captain, and improving my team as a whole. My Junior year, we won our first 5 games, and got second in our conference. I believe our program is destined for the better if all of our team keeps working hard.
