Personal Statement

Hello, everyone; my name is Alex Massa.

I am a soccer player who has played at the highest levels in European football.  I am 19 years old. I am from Milton, Ontario, Canada, but I have been living in Portugal for the last year and a half, playing soccer for a professional youth academy. I am of Peruvian and Portuguese decent, and I hold both passports.

I am looking to better myself as a person, and as an athlete, in the coming years and, of course, to learn many new things along the way.

I am open to different options that will let me play at a high collegiate level, on par with what I am playing in European soccer. I played in the Portuguese National Championship First division for my age group, 3rd division pro football (without pro contract) Vitoria Setubal, and am currently playing in Spain in the 5th division professionally without a professional contract.
