Personal Statement
I will be playing for Johnson County Community College (JCCC) in Overland Park, KS in the Fall of 2023 under the direction of Coach Jeff Cole. I am excited for this next opportunity to play with a group of talented players and learn from the coaching staff. I will be finishing my associates degree in the fall and look forward to assessing other college options as I will have two years of eligibility remaining after JCCC.
After Graduation in 2021, I signed with Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OKWU) where I have played over 400 minutes scoring 4 goals with 1 assist during the 2022 season as a redshirt Freshman. I was injured during my Freshman year and acquired a medical redshirt gaining back an extra year of eligibility. I transferred from OKWU as I changed my major of study to Communications (with an interest in Mass Media and Journalism), which is not offered at OKWU. My family is military so my playing and training is a bit unconventional. I graduated from Stuttgart High School, Stuttgart GE where I was a two-year starter and team captain my Senior year while playing for TSVgg Plattenhardt U19 in the 5th Tier of the German Bundesliga youth system. Additionally, I started and was team captain for our ODP-Europe team. Unfortunately, seasons were cancelled from March 2020 through the Spring of 2021. Prior to Germany, I played and trained in Japan through my High School Freshman year, moving to Owasso, OK through my Sophomore year where I played for Owasso High School and NEOFC. I also played and trained in Virginia during my youth.
I am a dynamic player with pace, shooting accuracy, and dribbling. My best attributes are my speed and decision making under pressure. I am extremely competitive with a drive and zeal to compete at the highest professional level. I am seeking a program that can help me attain that goal while providing an excellent education.
I am not only a student of the game through my work ethic and desire to improve, but I bring that into the classroom with my schoolwork. I graduated High School with a 3.2, and have accumulated a 3.7 through a year and half at OKWU.
