My name is Riad Gaybali, and I am from Azerbaijan, specifically Baku. I have been immersed in the world of soccer for nearly a decade, with my academy career kicking off in 2017 at Neftchi PFC, a notable club in our country. Despite my deep involvement in soccer, I have managed to maintain a balance with my education. From the tender age of 2, I have been a student at The International School of Azerbaijan, which has not only provided me with a solid academic foundation but has also been an integral part of my life and growth.
In addition to my soccer career and education, I have also been actively involved in various community and extracurricular activities. I believe in giving back to society and have participated in charity events and community service projects at my school. Being a part of such initiatives has not only allowed me to contribute positively to my community but has also helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility and empathy towards others.
Living in Baku all my life has given me a deep appreciation for my country's rich culture and history. I am proud to represent Azerbaijan both on and off the soccer field, and I am committed to being a positive role model for aspiring young athletes in my country.
Overall, my journey as a professional soccer player, combined with my education and community involvement, has shaped me into the person I am today. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in all aspects of my life.

- GOAL U-15 II" international tournament organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and AFFA in connection with the 100th anniversary of the birth of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. First, a match for the third place between the teams "Neftchi" and "Turan-Tovuz" was played in "ASCO" Arena. The winner was not determined at the main time of the match - 0:0. "Neftchi" team, which was more accurate in the penalty shootout, won with a score of 7:6 and won the bronze medal of the competition. In the final game, "U-15 Academy" (Belarus) won against "Zira" team with a score of 5:1. Thus, the winner of the competition was the team "U-15 Academy" (Belarus). "Zira" and "Neftchi" teams were awarded the second and third places, respectively. The "Turan-Tovuz" team finished the competition in the fourth place.

- The SRAA is a collaborative community of international schools that organises and hosts academic activities and sports competitions with the focus on developing physical, intellectual skills, sportsmanship, and emotional well-being for students of all nationalities in Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Eastern Europe. During events, each participant, coach, referee, coordinator, worker, and the spectator is expected to demonstrate a good sportsmanlike attitude while participating in SRAA activities and competitions.
