Personal Statement
I am a 19 years old and half-English, half-Thai. I have had soccer trials and training at some top level U16 and U18 academies in England including Leicester City, Sheffield Wednesday and Oxford United. In these, I have played against Liverpool, Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest and Burnley. I have also been selected for the Thailand national team squad at Under 16 level. From these trials, and from playing at my previous premiere division club - Bangkok United - I have some great experience of playing at a very high standard. My best attribute is my pace and my most preferred position is as an attacking left or right winger. I am a versatile player and have also been played by my coaches as striker. I consider myself very honest, professional, 100% commited and an exceptionally hard worker. From my experience of every team I have played for, I can genuinely light up any team and make a considerable impact. I know how to join a new team, get on with new team mates and coaching staff and impress on the playing field. Importantly, I understand the realities of playing team sports to a high level and I have learned how to keep myself physically and mentally in top shape. I am super competitive in everything I do, and I love to win, while being both resilient and humble.
Academically, I am very solid. I am an A grade student across the board and I achieved a level 37 at IB Diploma. I would be very excited to join an academically selective college playing soccer in NCAA Division 1. I would love to bring my experience, skills and passion to a top level competitive team. I firmly believe I have a great deal to offer in the classroom, socially and on the soccer field.
