Personal Statement
Firstly I am a team player. I have a strong mental attitude and I try my utmost in training sessions to improve on my weaknesses. Making sacrifices is an important aspect for me when trying to place all my energy, time and will power for improving my game and during the matches as well. I try to learn everyday to try to improve and make myself not only a better player and a team mate but also as a person.
I started playing soccer when I was 12 in the lower leagues in Catalonia in Spain. I trained hard, and finally moved up divisions and changed clubs until I moved up to the Spanish National Youth League division in 2017-2018. I was one of the youngest players in a squad of 25.
That dedication and will power have made me a better player and one that can make a difference.
In my academic goals I wish to be able to attend university and play soccer. Having a university degree in life is essential, it will open doors. And maybe as well playing soccer professionally.
I'm also selectable for the Australian under 19 soccer team from 2018-2020 since I have Australian citizenship through my father.
I feel that United States is the only place in the world where you can study at university while playing a sport competively.
