Personal Statement

I spent one semester at SIUE (Jan-May 2015) and had to return home to have surgery on my hip. I am fully recovered now and looking for another university to play for and attend.  I'm recovering very well from my injury so very determined and mentally and physically prepared. I've played at the highest level of football throughout my whole career. I've played for Bristol City FC for 5 years from the ages of 11 to 16.I played for Bristol rovers from ages 16 to 18.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

  • Award
    • I was involved in winning the south west football league youth alliance cup final. I also contributed towards winning with Bristol Rovers u18 team who had won the youth alliance southwest league in the same year. I have had experience playing FA youth cup football in both years as a scholar and with rovers managed to reach the fourth round in my first year as an apprentice and the third round in my second. I made a significant contribution in our progress in my second year because I scored the winning goal to proceed to the second round and won a free kick in the second round to bring us to the third round. During my pre-season experience with Bristol Rovers in my last year we had scheduled numerous games against category 1 academy teams who generally play in the premier U18 league. During these fixtures of games I scored against Wolverhampton and got an assist against West Bromwich Albion. I showed consistent signs of pre-eminence showing I can play at higher level.
