Personal Statement
Hey, my name is Rami Gharib; I am a 16-year-old junior attending Modern English School in Egypt. I aim to increase my abilities as a player and as an academic every day. I've always been a fan of putting in the work. When. I set my mind on something I take it. I never give up, which isn't only in football but also life. Being a center-back taught me how to pursue my goal continuously. I take failing as a learning chance; I will never admit it's over until I win. Many people may not have this attribute because it solely depends on your personality.
On the field, I am highly communicative and work closely with my fellow defenders and goalkeeper. As a composed central defender, I strive to use my passing skills to place my teammates in advantageous positions through short and long-range passes. Additionally, I excel at reading the game and anticipating the movements of opposing strikers.
Regarding academics, I always like to see my report card compiled with straight A's. I am a perfectionist; I like everything to be done in a specific manner. I also like to try new things to gain a broader perspective on the world. I deserve a spot on your team because I will always keep learning, put in the work, and always keep our team's head up. Thank you for your time.
