Personal Statement
I have a high soccer IQ to connect 1-2s with teammates. Ihave outstanding balance and composure on the ball. A large 6"3' frame that makes me an aerial threatto any defense and the ability to hold upplay.Technical speed is very good for anInternational style of play. I play one-touch passesvery quickly and I'm a quick player on the ball wholikes to express myself.Feel free to look at myhighlight tape attached at the bottom of the email . Although my main position is a Centre Forward ,coaches have played me as a Centre Back due tomy high technical ability , IQ and large frame as wellas my composure on the ball . My experience in clubsoccer includes stints with KZN Academy, AmazuluFC, Bidvest Wits and have received interest fromAFC Bournemouth in the U.K. but unfortunatelycould not attend as I did not have a British passport. I have also been scouted by Ajax Cape Town whoare affiliated with Ajax Amsterdam as well as playedsoccer in Italy for Real Vicenza where I playedagainst Serie A, B, and C teams, with top playerssuch as Jerome Beotang and Borella ( Italian international ) as my opposition, and played againstEnglish premier league side Southampton.I havealso been invited on trial at 1st Division Slovenianteam , NK Triglav and Chinese Superleague team ,Chongqing Lifan . I know what it feels like being in aprofessional environment and I believe I can bring that professionalism to your team and compete atthe highest level not only bettering myself as aplayer but the team as a whole. I've also recentlyspent a couple of months in Italy again on trial at 2 Serie C teams, who were both interested but unfortunately, nothing materialized as I got injured training with the 1st team and was forced to returnhome as I did not have the funds to stay
In the near future I would like to see myself having a professional soccer contract in the States or in Europe and having a good degree in Business to fall back on in case a major injury occurs and ends my soccer career. All I want to do is make my father and mother proud of me one day and I will do anything it takes to make it to the top so that I can give back to my parents for all the time, effort and money they have put into me like I always say hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard .
