Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer since I was six years old. I was inspired by my older brother playing, ever since, I have fell in love with the game and strive to improve my skills and strategic thinking. My ambition is to play at a college and professional level.
I have quick feet and great passing skills. Along with that, I have played at different international levels and can adapt quickly to playing styles and conditions. I am also a team leader and try to set an example for the rest of my peers, on and off the field. I am a great encourager and try to offer positive motivation to my teammates during games.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer as an assistant coach at the local military base youth soccer camps and enjoy sharing my experience. I always encourage the young players to have fun and enjoy soccer.
My desire is to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my parents and coaches, who have continually supported me, proud.
