Personal Statement
I am from South Africa. Since the age of eight I have been playing soccer and I can truly say that I am a dynamic and fast learner on and off the soccer field. My personal goal is to become a world class soccer player. I am a team player and display good leadership abilities, I have captained my development club team in 2011, 2012, 2013 and in the 2014 season. I do listen to, appreciate and apply my coach's suggestions and instructions as l still have a lot to learn in order to improve my performance. I have also received numerous awards on club level including best soccer player (2009), top performer of the season (2009) and captains award (2011). I am in excellent health condition and solid on the ball and have good control. Not only do I work hard on the soccer field but also academically,my grades are solid and I have a 2.7 GPA. I would like to study a degree in Business Management or a degree in Economics . In everything I do I strive for excellence and mediocrity is not an option.
