Personal Statement
My name is Noah Elmoselhi and I am 17 years old. I live in the UAE and I play for La Liga Academy HPC (High Performance Center) and am Canadian Egyptian. Furthermore, I attend Gems Wellington Academy Silicon Oasis. I am the Overall Secondary Boys Football Captain. I have played football since I was small and played in different countries and under different coaches (with different styles of play) and thoroughly believe I can bring qualities such as leadership and performance under pressure to this team. I've lived in Grand Rapids Michigan for 5 years and am familiar with the process and way of playing in the US. I would be excited at the prospect of returning.
My best position is CB (preferably LCB), however, I can and have played in different defensive positions, such as LB and RB. I believe my best qualities are my aggression and competitiveness. These traits often help me perform under pressure, which is why I believe I would be a great fit for your team. Furthermore, I have been given leadership roles such as captaincy my whole life and believe this has helped me communicate more and be a more dominant presence at the back. I am often responsible for holding the offside lines and communicating effectively with my other defenders to bring them up/down. I also rate myself highly in my ability to win the ball and also build up play.
I want to get an Economics/Business degree in university, as my education is very important to me, however my ultimate aspiration is to play professionally in the US. I would love to play for the Canadian National Soccer team, and I will do my utmost to ensure I get there.
I know that once I find my university team, I will work incredibly hard to ensure and dedicate my utmost to this team.
