Personal Statement
Both my parents helped me develop my passion for soccer. My mom is originally from Senegal, so when I was learned to play in my native country. My dad is a big soccer fan, he was a coach during 3 years and he allowed me to learn new things such as: having a different vision of the game, he helped me improve my endurance and other physical challenges I had. Thanks to this I had the opportunity to play in a higher category which taught me how to have a good conversation/relationship with the ball. Living in a very cosmopolitan area, I have ease in adaptation to different cultures and different levels of game.
I have always been intrigued by American culture. However I wish to discover it more. It would be different to my current lifestyle but would permit self growth and allow me to have a new journey which I find very rewarding. I have always travelled a lot, it’s a passion of mine, I have been to all 5 continents and (USA,Senegal, UK, Spain, Portugal, Vietnam, New Zealand ...). English is a language I practice on a daily basis, I have obtained a B2 level in the Cambridge exam but I would like to further improve my level.
