Hello, My name is Mehdi Guigoz I am 18 years old and I was born in Switzerland. I've been playing soccer for my whole life and was a key player in my club (FC Versoix). Since I was a kid, I've always dreamed about one day becoming a professional soccer player, now I am older and this is no longer a dream but a goal. This sport is my whole life.
As a player I define myself as a very fast and skillful winger, I am confident, creative and I can read the game well. I easily get along with people and I also can motivate the team in tough moments. I am a great freekick taker and I do not fold under pressure. As a foreign player I can bring a different vision to the game. Growing up my inspirations were Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar Junior. Tactic-wise I am very inspired by Jose Mourinho and Zinedine Zidane.
My weaknesses are my endurance and my physicality, I am very skinny but can face players twice my weight.
Regarding my club history, I played club soccer at the age of 11 and 12 but couldn't continue due to school taking most of my time (my schools didn't have sports teams so I could not play for the school) but I have not stopped playing since, always finding ways to improve my level and train with clubs when I could.
As of today, I play against retired professional players and semi pros at my local field. And I still train with teams when they give me an opportunity. I always end up being one of the best players in the games.
Regarding my work ethic, becoming a professional player is a goal and I am willing to put in the work, I am working hard every day in the gym and on the field. I spend a lot of time trying to turn my weaknesses into strengths (bulking and running to improve my cardio). I want to win.
