Personal Statement
My name is Nicholas Chowtee, and my primary goal is to study either aviation or engineering. Sports have dominated my life ever since I was a young child. Although I wasn't always the tallest, quickest, or strongest child, I was always the most disciplined. Soccer gave me the enthusiasm and determination I needed to succeed in all aspects of my life. Nothing else could have prepared me for life's challenges as soccer has. As a competent, trustworthy, and responsible center-back who understands how to lead and have a significant impact on a team, I think I am a wonderful choice for collegiate teams. I believe that the drive and passion instilled in me since childhood will enable me to succeed and excel at the collegiate level, as well as potentially further professionally.
