Personal Statement
In my sophomore year at High School, my football team won four championships and I also got lots of experience outside of school. This included playing for my national team at the AFC Qualifiers, and joining Kitchee FC first team trainings. From these experiences, I have learned to become a hard-worker in everything I do, whether it be playing football or in academics. I have loved football ever since I was six years old and started really getting into it when I watched teams like Liverpool and Barcelona play. Through playing football, I have learned the values of not only becoming a better team mate, but also becoming a better person. This means showing respect to my opponents no matter the circumstance and not blaming team mates when we lose.
As for my academics, I want to be getting the best grades I can possibly get while at the same time, improving my football skills so that I can go professional one day and play for a good club. However, if football does not work out, I have always found interest in becoming a physiotherapist and helping other people recover as quick as possible. In my freshman year at High School, I encountered a tough final loss and was probably the first time I ever lost such a big game. It was a lot to take in but was a good experience and lesson and because of it, I also learned what I needed to do in the future to improve myself even more. I not only believe that I have the talent and the passion to play on your team, but also believe I have the necessary characteristics to make an impact.
