Good day to whom it may concern, my name is Leon Nkosiyazi Mabuza a 17-year-old from South Africa. As a prospective college recruit, I bring a unique blend of academic excellence, leadership skills and a passion for community involvement that sets me apart. I have held leadership positions in various clubs and organizations, showcasing my abilityto work collaboratively and inspire others. By joining your college, I am eager to the contribute to the campus community service projects highlight my dedication to making a positive impact.
Now mainly focus on the real reason why you have chosen to look at my profile my achievements in football (Soccer). Not only have I played for one of the best football academies in South Africa (Stars of Africa football academy), but I have had the privilege of being coach by one of the best development Coaches in South Africa, Coach Farouk Khan. Under his coaching I have managed to gain football knowledge that can't be easily taught. I have learnt to be resilient and respectful to my opponent no matter what happens during the match. However, Coach Farouk Khan is not the only coach that has impacted my life and football career but there have been others such Coach Phikolomzi Kefile a retired professional soccer player now a coach for Rietvlei soccer school, has exposed me to top South African football academies such as TS Galaxy, Cape town city and Hout Bay FC. I could go on about all the coaches i have played under however that does not really tell you the why I want to pursue college football (Soccer). I believe it would be a steppingstone to achieving my dreams of becoming a professional football player, being a foreigner I would have more determination than those from United states as I much more to prove and would ensure I give my utmost best on the pitch whilst being respectful towards my teammates, coaches and opponents. I have strived to be the best version of my myself on and off the pitch and I would continue doing the same thing in your team.
