Personal Statement
Football has always been more than a game to me—it’s a platform for discipline, leadership, and continuous growth. As a goalkeeper, I thrive under pressure, making quick decisions that can change the course of a match. My experience playing at the national level for Jamaica’s U18 and U20 teams, as well as competing internationally, has shaped me into a player who welcomes challenges and rises to the occasion.
Beyond the field, I take pride in my academic achievements, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while balancing training and competitions. I approach both my studies and my sport with the same mindset—focused, disciplined, and always striving to improve. I aim to pursue civil or mechanical engineering in college, driven by a passion to contribute to Jamaica’s development in this field.
What sets me apart is my work ethic and ability to lead by example. I push myself and my teammates to higher standards, knowing that success is built on consistency and resilience. I’m looking for a program that will challenge me both athletically and academically, and I’m ready to give my all to contribute to a team’s success.
