Personal Statement
I was born in Argentina, I have a twin brother and we have been playing soccer since kindergarten. When I was 5 years old, I joined the Soccer School of Claudio Marangoni (former professional player). I also played soccer at my school in Argentina, St. George's College. I feel very confident in my running skills, that helped my to become House Captain in 6th grade due to my school records in track and field.
My dad was transferred to the US and I joined Eastern Middle School in Connecticut, I played soccer for the school team and for Shoreline FC. I like the challenges of joining a new team and transitioned very well into the team. The coach gave me a new position, and we have been able to win the State Championship for 2 consecutive years. I played soccer in England as part of the Shoreline FC trip.
I joined the soccer high school team and I won all the games that I played. I'm ready for the next step and contribute to a College team. I have demonstrated that I can transition from a team in Argentina to a US team and also different schools in the US. I have been training hard in addition to soccer practice to improve my speed and conditioning.
