David Ramdeen Tec...Personal Statement
I aspire to go college in order to achieve a degree as well as continue my soccer journey.My lifelong goal is to become a professional soccer player and I’ve always tried to make my actions on and off the field contribute to this goal.
My strengths are passing, work ethic, crossing,tackling,spatial awareness and my technical skills. I’m a very vocal outside back who loves to attack and put crosses in.I believe the modern day fullback has to be the fittest on the pitch as we have to get up and down the pitch.Yet I also believe a lot of soccer training is done off the field and hence I put heavy emphasis on match analysis as it helps me to be one step ahead of the game.
I try to always be the best I can possibly be and this has awarded me several academic awards and recognition as well.Throughout high school I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA with a heavy training schedule.I see myself as an excellent candidate for colleges and I know I will leave a mark.

- I started training at home daily since 2016.I initially focused on mastering the basics like ball control, touch and ball mastery.When I began facing higher competition,I analyzed myself and focused on my weaknesses.In 2017, I began a lot of physical training in order to build a better physique.From 2018 to now,I’ve intensified my training to mostly twice a day and I began to include recovery and match analysis as training.
