Personal Statement
My dream is to study at an American university and play soccer. I was born in Costa Rica to Belgian parents and have an older brother. The fact that my parents are foreigners here has shaped my character. I grew up in two cultures which makes me adapt well to changes and I am very self-reliant. I speak three languages. Dutch, English and Spanish.
At the age of 7, I started playing soccer in a soccer school in the 1st division Deportivo Saprissa and that's where my life started. The coach moved me to the Prospector group 2003 , a division of Deportivo Saprissa, I am from 2004. after 3 years a coach of the 1st division youth included me in the Elite youth 2004 of the 1st division team Deportivo Saprissa. After 2 years I changed teams for the 1st division club Belen and then Carmelita. where I still play. 2 Years ago we played champion with the U15. Currently in the U17 of Carmelita.
In terms of soccer, I am very variable.I am two footed. I can play either left or right winger or striker and also set up as an attacking midfielder.
