Personal Statement
I grew up in Madrid and started my football (soccer) journey there at age 4, where I played for CD Canillas, a feeder academy for Real Madrid. My family and I then moved to the US, where I joined Ginga FC. There, I learned a lot from my first coach, Everson Maciel, who currently plays futsal for the US national team. After 8 years at Ginga where I grew not only as a player but also as a person, my family and moved back to Europe, more specifically to Switzerland. We moved to a region of Switzerland where French was the main language, which meant I had to learn a new language to communicate with my teammates. I joined Lutry FC, and while I struggled at first, I have since then found my place at the club and recently enjoyed my best season to date as we gained promotion to the highest league in the canton.
Because I love learning about the game, I'm an extremely coachable player. I've played football in 3 different countries, so I know multiple playstyles and can switch between them at will. Honestly though, I just love football. It's been my passion since I was young, and it always will be.
