Personal Statement

I am extremely competitive! I have played soccer my entire life. I was inspired by the passion of my family! Every time I score a goal I just feel happiness and joy. It is such a fulfiling emotion that gives my existence sense.

Soccer has taught me the importance of teamwork and cooperation. In every team I play, I find a new family! Also, soccer has shown me the different socio-economic sectors and the hard reality of my country. It has taught me to be humble, and to be empathetic with others.

In order to succeed during the official games, I get out of school at 4:30 pm and I trouble 1hr to my practise area to practice. Every day I train for 1:30 hrs in the field and 45min in the gym.

Although my friend tells me to hang out with them, my desire to succeed takes me to the quadrilateral to practice. I want to succeed in this sport, therefore absolutely nothing stops me.

I wish to succeed in my college team in order to win the NCAA championships. This is also an opportunity to show my mom that I could become a professional soccer player!
