Personal Statement
I am an International Student Athlete from Liverpool, England. I currently attend Irvine Valley College based in Irvine, Southern California and am in my second year. I have been playing competitive soccer from age 6 and whilst in the UK was scouted and trialled by UK premier league and championship club academies. I have been playing Men's Soccer from age 16.
I completed my High School studies in the UK, having been privately educated and obtained 9 GCSEs, 2 AS and 1 A level.
At Irvine Valley College, as a student, I am hardworking, disciplined and organized and am committed to reaching my full potential both on and off the field. I currently have a 4.0 transferable GPA. Academically, my strengths are from my writing and reading abilities. My goal is to earn a Bachelor’s Degree whilst playing for a first rate soccer team at a reputable University.
I have excellent skills and am a strong and adaptable team player, listening to my coaches in order to be the best that I can be. I coach younger children at the weekend and am keen to help them reach their potential.
I want to attend a University which will push me both in the classroom and on the pitch.
