Personal Statement
My name is Juan Lans and I play for Club Nacional de Football Universitario U18 who are currently first in the Liga Universitaria. I am 18 years old (2001/05/18) and halfway through my senior year at Colegio Monseñor Isasa – Montevideo (South Uruguay). Last year I played for Huracan Buceo U17-16 (Uruguay’s 2nd Division) and we won a Friendly Cup (Competed against 2nd Division teams). Also, we played against 1rst division teams as Central Español and River Plate.
I am tall, strong, agile and versatile midfielder whit experience playing as a defensive midfielder, center midfielder and attacking midfielder (6’1fts). I am hoping to come to America to play at the collegiate level in the spring or fall of 2020 where I will pursue a master of Physical Education degree.
I am really interested in continuing my education at a distinguished university whit the hopes of playing professionally after graduation.
