Personal Statement
Since I was 3 I have been in love with the game of soccer. Since I have started playing I have always wanted to make it professionally but more specifically at the collegiate level and then the pro level. The opportunity to play at the college level can be a once in a lifetime opportunity that I cannot take for granted.
I am a team leader and always use my voice on the field to give teammates information and have a positive impact on them. I have great awareness and vision once I get on the ball but lack some ball control which I have been working hardly on during the past few months.
Additionally to playing soccer I have been a competitive person ever since competing in multiple sports internationally such as sailing and triathlons, and also multiple sports locally such as swimming, tennis, golf and baseball.
In school, I have always been a hard worker and have tried to maintain a high GPA in the IB system which is more challenging. I have also volunteered in the community and have did coaching during the summers to help less fortunate kids in The Bahamas have an opportunity to have fun and learn a new sport. Additionally to this I hope to find the right college for me to study at a high level while also competing at a high level at the same time.
